Difference between korean drama (k-drama) and Chinese drama (c-drama)⁉️​ Korean dramas and Chinese dramas are like applies and oranges. They are quite different from each other. Kdramas on average are shorter than Cdramas but the story still drags so much because each episode is 1 hr to 1 hr 10 mins long whereas Cdrama episodes are approximately 45 mins. Modern Kdramas are better than modern Cdramas although in recent years, modern Cdramas have made some improvements. Historical Kdramas however aren't as good as the historical Cdramas. One thing the other answers haven't mentioned is the difference in physical appearance between Korean actors and Chinese actors. This is my opinion but to me Chinese actors/actresses have more diverse looks which isn't surprising considering the fact China has in total about 56 ethnic minorities whereas Korea is 99% Korean. Moreover, I think Kdrama plots tend to be way more predictable and cookie cutter. Regardless of the genre, they all follow a guideline of how the story will develop. Cdramas on the other hand I have noticed aren't as predictable and sad endings are a lot common in a Cdrama than a Kdrama.
