1️⃣ Three Outsiders With a Common Goal
Han Tae-oh grows up poor, living with the shame of his father’s criminal record.
He befriends Kang In-ha in high school — a boy abused and ignored because he is the chairman’s unrecognized son.
Both boys promise:
“Let’s rise to the top. Together.”
They later meet Na Hye-won, a woman with a painful past who desperately wants to escape poverty.
The three form a powerful, dangerous alliance.
2️⃣ Reaching Kangoh Group
Tae-oh uses his sharp mind to help In-ha get recognized by the Kangoh Group.
After a dramatic confrontation, Chairman Kang accepts In-ha as his son — but with conditions.
Inside the company, Tae-oh becomes In-ha’s strategist, ghostwriter, and shadow brain.
They climb fast, but the other legitimate heirs see In-ha as a threat and begin plotting.
